Venting, gas and condensate
High-efficiency condensing furnaces require PVC intake and exhaust routed per the manufacturer's instructions, with correct slope, support and termination clearances. Condensate must drain reliably, with freeze protection considered for runs near unconditioned space — a real concern in Northern Colorado.

Furnace Safety Comes First
