Why residential only
Commercial rooftop units and residential furnaces are different machines with different controls, different service expectations and different failure patterns. A company that chases both tends to be adequate at each. We would rather be genuinely good at the equipment in your basement, attic or mechanical closet.
We do not service commercial buildings or commercial heating equipment. If that is what you need, we will say so rather than take the work.
How we approach a diagnosis
A furnace follows a defined sequence every time it runs: the thermostat calls, the inducer starts, the pressure switch proves draft, the igniter heats, the gas valve opens, the burners light, the flame sensor confirms combustion, the blower starts, and the limit switch watches temperature throughout.
Diagnosis means walking that sequence and testing where it stops — reading the stored fault code, measuring flame signal, checking capacitor values, measuring temperature rise and static pressure. Parts get replaced because a measurement showed they failed, not because they are a common guess.

What we will not do
We will not bypass a safety control to get a furnace running. We will not recommend replacement without being able to show you why repair is unwise. We will not publish a fixed repair price on a website when the honest answer is that it depends on the diagnosis.
We also will not claim certifications, awards, review counts or response-time guarantees we cannot substantiate. If you see a specific claim on this site, it is one we can stand behind.
